Omar Chocolate, born in Havana, Cuba - Singer, Bandleader, Composer and Arranger of the orchestra Omar Chocolate y su Salsa Loca - begins to play the piano when he was seven years old. Later he changed to the guitar, instrument with which he graduated his music studies (diploma as a classical guitar teacher). Further on he studied bass, Cuban percussion, singing and arrangement at the professional music school "Ignacio Cervantes" in Havana. Autodidactic he studied Rock, Jazz, Latin Jazz, Salsa and Afro Cuban Music. (show more...)
